I'm a television and digital producer with nearly a decade of experience working in New York City, Washington D.C., and Doha, Qatar in award-winning local, national, and international newsrooms. I engage with voices that shape global perspectives and specialize in storytelling, communication across platforms (print, broadcast, and social), and multimedia creation including graphic design, web writing, and video and audio editing.

In 2015, I received a Master of Science from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism with a concentration in video and multimedia. In 2014, I graduated summa cum laude and received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Religious Studies from the City University of New York’s Baccalaureate Program for Unique and Interdisciplinary Studies with coursework completed at Baruch College and the CUNY Graduate Center. In 2012, I was awarded the Jeannette K. Watson fellowship from the Watson Foundation.

I have worked at the digital and broadcast divisions of Al Jazeera, the America Bureau of the China Global Television Network, the AOL multi-platform initiative “MAKERS: Women Who Make America”, and the New York Daily News, among others.

I am skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition, Canva and social media curation and web monitoring platforms such as SproutSocial and Chartbeat.
